Are you asking what can be compressed with it? If so, I believe any file or folder can be compressed.

This app will install to your phone, then you run it from your phone, then you navigate to the folder or file you want to compress. Tap and hold on the file or folder, then in the menu that pops up select "Add files" and it willbring you to the options page, in which you will name your compressed file, select compression method and type, and even password protect it if you want.

If you want to compress files or folders on your phone/storage card FROM your PC while you have your phone connected, use Win RAR instead of Pocket RAR.

Only compress files/folders that you don't need immediate access to. For example, don't compress any program files or application data. However, you can compress old pictures, notes, music, or anything that your phone doesn't NEED to use. Don't compress your pim.vol, cemail.vol, anything with .vol, or anything in the Windows folder either. because it will be constantly used by your phone. You can't use the files while they're compressed, they have to be uncompressed first.
