The Conference Calling feature is a network feature that may or may not be included in the monthly handset package. It is not a handset feature.

Unfortunately, you are mistake in this case. This is a handset feature on the Touch Pro2. The HTC Touch Pro2 features a unique Conference Calling interface as part of the WIDELY advertised and talked about "SmartTalk" feature set. This feature was one of the major selling points for this phone. I happen to know for a fact that many many people are upset about this, as a member of several online communities.

Why would Telus cripple one of the MAJOR selling features of this phone and not inform their potential Touch Pro2 customers?
