Hahaha! YAY! I had this issue once also. Nobody else had it. I'm sorry you are having it, but at least now I know I wasn't crazy.
It went away with the next version I flashed. I don't have this issue with the current ROM. I'd try a hard reset or a reflash and see what happens. Maybe even go back to stock first.
