The mass storage seems to work fine with me.

Make sure your Micro-SD is properly seated. Verify by going to File manager (or Total Commander) and clicking internal storage. Create a Directory in there just to make sure.

I've connected my TP2 to several different units (computer, WDTV, Audio components), and I've had no issues.
