Running out of suggestions but the last 2 that may work are:
1: Flash back to Sprint Shipped and perform clear storage, then flash back to NRG and perform clear storage. Also it may be advisable to format internal storage too, I would obviously back up whatever you have on there first.
2: Not to sure about this one but maybe try the DCD carrier cab.
