they had it before even some of the sales reps in sprint stores even knew about it. I went to a store and asked if they could price match and they said we won't have that phone for another two weeks. I did purchase the tp 1 back then but returned it because when it first came out the build quality was horrible. I got mine for $149.00 and when sprint finally got it, they wanted 299.00 for it
