have had my tp for almost and have not had a problem. Been a sprint customer for 10+ years and have not had any problems with customer care that went unresolved. Every company has their issues regardless of how it seems. You can be unhappy with sprint and switch carriers, but chances are that in a matter of time the new carrier will disappoint or seem useless to you and the cycle will continue.
