i have none of the issues you have with your phone, flash a rom from this site and 95% of your problems will disappear. and forieng crs's is not just an issue with sprint. practically every company you try to call has out sourced their tech support. as far as the emails go, if you didnt retain a copy to prove they offered you this or that, well then thats your fault.
