OK apparently the people tab was still buggy.... it doesnt look right still in portrait or landscape as seen below, i have reaplied the People tab v3 fix from Gen.Y and now it looks right again, see attached screen shots

It took me so long to catch because thats what i thought NRG was fixing in the 8/9 build
