I had the same thing when trying to get it all to work in Calkulin's kitchen. The slider bar is there, but everything is sized for WVGA. That's why we don't see it. I don't understand since it was ported from WVGA, but something must be messing it up in the kitchen. I gave up and moved onto a Visual Kitchen with Calkulin's OEMs, but I did see that someone at XDA made OEM's of the manila files for legacy kitchens like Calkulin's.
