Install the HTC Home plugin. It has a decent looking clock, and it allows you to use other plugins on your today screen simotaniously. (such as have the appt list, GPS toggle, weatherbug home, etc. It's the predecessor to TF3D, and it appeared on the Kaiser as well as other QVGA mobile phones. A port is available for VGA devices, (such as the touch pro), if you wish to use it.
