And now the fact that the Raphael directory is also spitting out the 403 forbidden error after it was working tells me that NRG encountered an issue with his rom and pulled all the copies that he was cooking in order to not have another "Refried" debacle.

While your theory is very sound... hehe.. there's a much simpler explanation
I simply turn off access to the ROM directories while I upload the ROM in order for me to be ABLE to upload. See, the host I use has 10 connection limit to the server, so when you guys download... 10 at a time... I have no way to "get in" and upload the other versions of the ROM.
