Spb Backup works great if you happen to install something the f***s your phone up, and you cant fix it. I have it set to backup every day and set to keep the last 3 backups. Spb backup will completly restore everything, i mean everything. It pretty much takes an exact picture of everything and every tweak program,and every setting...everything. After a hard reset, you run the backup, it will look exactly the same as it did before. Even the rom upgrade mode works great, depending on the rom your upgrading to. If your upgrading to a different rom it will tell you what you can successfully back up.
