Re: LastFM...getting on my LastNerves!!!

I have not been able to use PocketLastFM for weeks (maybe even a month+ now?) and had posted in a couple of the other threads regarding such. I went on to try the PocketScrobbler 1.8 version, and that one tells me that a subscriber account is needed to stream to a mobile device. Granted, it's only $3 a month or something, which I am fully willing to pay, even though I think it is unfair to target specific groups while others are not required to.

I have not tried the 1.6 version of PS listed on the first page, but I will go and give it a shot. I, like many others here, am also on Sprint. I also noticed that I was unable to use it even when I made use of a WiFi connection. Additionally, if I put WMWifiRouter to work and use my Nokia N800 to work, running Vagalume, it works fine - even though I am using the Sprint connection to do so. Likewise, I am able to get it running if I use Skyfire - the only unfortunate thing about that is that it forces the screen to remain on, which sucks the battery life dry that much quicker, and it reduces my ability to enjoy it while my phone is in my pocket at work. I'll report back if there is any luck with the older build of Pocket Scrobbler, but I'm not going in with any sort of high hopes.
