hey all, i know this is the wrong forum but maybe someone can help me anyways? i have an alltel moto q9c and im trying to figure out if theres a way to update my PRL? im out of my area and theres no alltel store within 5 hours of where i live. the problem with my phone is that when people call me, my phone goes straight to voicemail? any help would be greatly appreciated
