the oemxipkernal, is device specific, for instance the latest one most people are using is the alltel 2.01 oemxipkernal. It isnt updated by microsoft, but by the manufacture. I have been using the same oemxipkernal for a while. You dont need to switch it with every build. Also the romhdr.bin, os.nb.payload, xip.bin are used for porting, you dont need to update those every new build.
