lol. but seriously. If you're new to flashing this ROM is WM6.5 wheras the stock is WM6.1. It is probably about 14.39 billion (no exaggerations) times more finger/user friendly than 6.1. I have heard a few ppl say that MR4Reborn, or the Silence/Mighty ROM is faster, but I don't think the difference is too drastic.

As far as the camera speed goes, the best way to improve that is with the Advance Configuration Tool. I can post up a CAB if you need it or you can check the files attached to this thread. that will let you adjust the camera shutter speed (as well as tweak all kinds of other settings in the phone).

This ROM is the best I've seen yet (I've only ever flashed MightyROMs). A+++ in my book...
