i'll just make sure that when i activate it to make it clear that i dont want ANY data services and to completely block all internet access from the phone
they usually dont question you and do it instantly or maybe its because im on a business account idk
its best to just record the conversation so if additional charges show up you can just play back the conversation to the rep and they will just credit you the additional charges
you can also ask for the operator id so if problems occur you can give the rep the id that the other rep gave you and changes should be made without further questioning
