Interesting that you have had better results with 20771. For me, I cannot get call announcements over BT to work with that version, but using 21725 they are fine. This is a perfect example (for anyone wondering) of why NRGZ28 often leaves them out -- many people have different results with different versions, and if he picked one, no matter which one, somebody would have trouble with it.
