Open world clock and add your city then go to start\settings\clock & alrams and set your time zone and correct time

I didn't make this file I found it awhile back and wanted to share it.
Yea there is a reason i have it set that way to go into call history, and many know, because once you enable worldclock with manila 2 the time would keep resetting a hour back once you click on it. And the fix you just said is only a temporary fix, it does not stay on for long once your going through your applications and you reset your phone.
