That is an excellent point but many of the apps out there are free or Microsoft receives no revenue from sales of apps that are not free. Once Windows Mobile Marketplace is in place Microsoft will more than likely charge a percentage off of each sale of each app. Much like what most other Mobile OS manufactures with app stores are already doing.
