Are you saying the texts arrive 5 hours late, or the time stamp on them is off by 5 hours? I'm not sure why you tried changing the visiting clock.
Regarding voice command, NRG was nice enough to not include it - I think it's a waste of space. You can probably find a .cab file to re-install it, though, if you like it.
