I have been to three Bestbuys in my region, and all have the touch pro black cases (plastic and rubber) on clearance...I bought a black plastic case for $11. Fits perfectly and all the buttons opening are aligned just right. Check your local Bestbuy if you want a black case. Here is the picture identical to that case:
