ok if your trying to flash my latest rom do the following.

plug your phone into the usb
then turn off your phone
now while your phone is turned off do the following

Press the Round button on the dpad, and keep holding it, and then also press the volume down key and hold it, and then finally press the power button and hold all three buttons until a white screen loads with some text and colors, and now your ready to run the update utility.
