You can't, unfortunately. The $1.99 plan does not include MAPI/RPC over HTTPS. Nor can you import PST files (that's kind of a bummer for Contacts).

The cheapest no-contract, no-minimum number of addresses, full-fledged hosted Exchange service I've found is www.sherweb.com. $8.99/mo flat. I left them for the $1.99 mail2web plan. Though I do miss the desktop Outlook support, I don't miss paying an extra $7/mo for it when I can live without it.
