My combo clock fix that is working great for me..
Step 1: From Zotero on XDA
1. i added my city with weather master rhodium.
2. disable TF3D
3. download file /windows/2330fc3c_manila to PC
4. download sqlLiteAdmin from
http://sqliteadmin.orbmu2k.de/
5. start sqlLiteAdmin, open 2330fc3c_manila
6. find your in step 1 added city (in my case at the very bottom) in 2330fc3c_manila and adjust the timezone ("in minutes" compare to city all ready in database in your timezone) , save
7. copy 2330fc3c_manila from PC to STORAGE CARD (!!!)
8. copy on phone from SC to the /windows/ directory, replace (!!!!)
9. add your cities to weather tab

Step 2:
Then I edited and backed up these 3 registry entries:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila]
"WorldClock.Local"="(system)" -- changed to zip code used in weather database "55906"
"WorldClock.CityList"="(system),55906,33931" -- delete (system) so in my case "55906,33931"
"WorldClock.CurrTimeZone"="too long" - I just backed up this reg entry as well not sure if it matters though...
After a reset my times are all correct and hold through everything im doing and no -1 hour glitch with calendar..
I then hard reset and had 2330fc3c_manila and these 3 reg entries copy over during UC and my world clock is completely setup and working perfect immediately after hard reseting no -1 calendar issues so far.
Not the best solution but just thought I would share what is working good for me (at least until 2.1)
