Use of TomTom with Telus HTC Diamond

Hi everybody,
I just purchased a TomTom Go 730 and am trying to figure out how to use the Bluetooth with my HTC Touch Diamond. After doing the contacts and phonebook part, I am having trouble with setting up the wireless data connection. It says "To use TomTom Services, you need to set up a wireless data connection. Do you want to do this now?" so I press yes.

It shows the percentages, gets to about 50%, and asks for my country, so I hit Canada.

It then asks for my provider, and only gives me two choices... Fido or Rogers. I'm wondering if this is only available on GSM carriers? I can enter all of my settings manually if somebody knows them for Telus.

For this I need 'Access point name,' 'Username,' 'Password,' and whether I want my ip address and DNS manually or automatically. It then asks for a 'Dial' number, which by default is *99#, and a 'Login Script'.

If somebody can help me with this or you need more information then please let me know.
Thanks in advance,
- Hind1
