Have you tried uninstalling WMWifirouter? Is your phone off in wireless manager? Have you checked the data connection in settings>connections>manage existing connections? Do you see the phone attempting to dial #777? Check all your settings
Edit: Oh and most importantly, if you had no data initially after cf03 update, you may need to reprogram your phone *228 option 1
