What sparked this investigation besides the Google Voice rejection, is Apple's silence as to why it an other 3rd party GV apps got pulled after being approved (specifics) and their unwillingness to help the 3rd party GV developers find out what exactly they can do do pass the app through in the same manner that Skype and other similar apps had.

It'd be one thing if Apple was vocal and helpful about it but they're not.
The only thing Apple ever mentioned to these developers was that they were to cough up refunds & still no offer help or detailed explanation aside from so-called "duplicate functions".


So I also support the FCC stepping in. Really the BBB would've been more appropriate IMHO.
