There's two reasons for this:
1. You have a Touch Pro CDMA (which this ROM is for), which doesn't have a working FM radio to begin with.
2. You have a Diamond CDMA (which this ROM
might run on), but it won't have the right stuff for the FM radio for the aforementioned reason.
