Hard Reset the phone

if you perform a hard reset, will erase all information and applications. sets the phone back to factory: Hold down both soft-keys and press reset at the same time with the stylus.

If you want ot keep the apps on the phone, but only want to erase your personal info (contacts, calendar, tasks, emails, etc) simply open active-sync, and delete all of the partherships you phone has configured and that should take care of that day and the applications will remain...

hope that helps.
