theToucan- thank you for clarifying. The tap and hold does not work for me on this ROM. When I press and hold an icon it simply brings up the option to 'move to top' that's it. Ah well I guess, great ROM anyways.

With the old tap and hold option to move to top, you could take any icon from any folder and place it in the main start menu simply by pressing 'move to top.' However, If you want to manually move an icon out of a folder, go to Windows>Start Menu>Programs: and move around shortcuts in the folders.
