Just wanted to say THANKS! I love it! I also wanted to drop a few notes for noobs that may help if you get in trouble! They might help if you have the same issues that I could not find answers for.

· Take out the SD card, it can cause connection errors (260) In my case it disconnected the sync when I was loading the HSPL.

· Unlock first!!!! Bad Juju if you don't

· Use the correct version CDMA or GSM (Sim Card) Really bad Juju if you don't

· Make sure your USB drivers are updated before you start - Saves Time

· Backup!!!!

· Get a stock ROM ready in case you have to start again. This will get your phone back.

· and the one thing that kept me stalled was the ROM itself. The ROM file was either corrupt or something. I downloaded the same ROM from a mirror site and it worked 1st try.

· Bottom line GET YOUR **** in order before you start!

· Have fun flashing and enjoy this ROM. It rocks!!!
