Looks like the TF3D2 weather app is broken, at the bottom it leaves the last bottom buttons showing instead of showing the buttons for the weather. Neither of which allow me to add/remove cities.
Update: I just did a soft reset and it works fine now. On the left is Update, and the right Menu.
