I got my .net 3.5 apps working with the all in one pack, but it seemed to cause other issues (locked up and then froze at first splash screen after soft reset). I'm gonna try some other .net packages to see what I can get working. I did notice that the newer .net 3.5 packages have more modules than the package I have been using, so maybe that's the issue. But I seem to remember that wen I used the newer .net 3.5 packages it caused some YouTube issues (can't remember what exactly).
Anyway, thanks for the help in isolating my issue.

FYI (in case anyone cares) -- I got it all working using my same old .net cf 3.5 package that I always used (just copied from an older sys). I guess the one that I had copied previously had somehow gotten corrupted. I'm back in business -- YAY!!
