do you have the cab you used to install it? I can pull it apart and let you know everything it installs.
You will probably need a regeditor (liek php RegEdit) and a file explorer (like TotalCommander) to remove the entries and delete the files. If you don't have too much customization and/or can get it put back easy enough, a hard reset might be easier.
