When I open IE I no longer have the task/menu bars at the top and bottom of the screen. Sadly, I cannot figure how to get them back. I need to use IE for selected business sites, so using Opera exclusively does not cut it.

I did upgrade to the new V ROM without problems and run Spb Mobile Shell 3. All was well until 2 days ago. Soft resets have not helped and now, after a reset, I get an error message indicating a shortcut is missing: no detail as to which shortcut.

I ran a search, but did not come up with a solution. Any help will be appreciated!
