tell your friend with the bad power button, to play with the button it is in the stuck down postion, he will come up, i know i did not drop mine but had that happen, had to open keyboard to wake up, but i kept pushing downand side to side with finger and wo wo wo it works again, however the ringer on and off has a minor problem turned to either direction turns sound off, but halfway works just fine lol.
