You don't need a cab. Here's how you do it.
1. Go to
http://www.mymobiler.com/ and download the zip file to your computer. (The zip file I downloaded was called MyMobile123_06152008.zip)
2. Extract the zip file to any folder on your computer.
3. Inside the folder you just extracted will be several files. The ones you need to do a manual install are explained below:
a. (WM 2003 device) Rename "rm2003.ex_" to "remote.exe"
(WM 5.0 or WM 6.0 device) Rename "rm2005.ex_" to "remote.exe"
b. Copy "remote.exe" to your mobile windows folder. "(Mobile)\Windows"
4. Once the appropriate remote.exe is copied to your mobile window's folder,make a shortcut to it in your Start menu -> program files folder.
5. Execute the shortcut . The Mobiler program will startup on your mobile.
6. On your computer, go back to the folder you extracted and execute MyMobiler.exe
7. Then either, plug in your USB connection and click connect or right click on MyMobiler tray icon and click Connect IP and put in the IP address of your mobile.
