As far as grilling ur own in PPCKitchen with the 21501 files that are with it. 21501 is in the 6.1 drop down menu. Select "Titan_WM6.1" and "WM6.596DPI_QVGA_21501_0409" in your "Select Project" Window in PPCK. You will see the OS drop down menu grayed out and saying "6.1"....just ignore it and select your Carrier and your selections and grill it up. It will be 21501 WM6.5 out the other end.
And in reply to What to do with the Mattsm RAR? Open it, doubleclick the <ROMUpdateUtility.exe> and flash your Titan/Mogul. You will need a program such as WinRAR which you can get a free trial of
