Opera creates those files. Those are the original locations and filenames that I copy to \Storage Card\Backup\*.* using TotalCommander. Then after I flash I just copy them back to their original locations overwriting the default ones. A quick and easy way to save all my bookmarks and login username/passwords! I could cook them in, but I've got in trouble accidentally putting my settings in a rom before.
