I am going to phone again tommorow. I like my Touch Pro, I'd love to own a Touch Pro 2 with the larger screen.
I am gonna bug them some more see if I can get any help. It's really not looking that good for me anymore. The one guy told me theres just nothing he can do because I didn't buy it at a telus store like I stated before.
Theres a note on my file saying I am interested in leaving Telus because of how upset I am over the phone.
