omnia has much better browser [not pie, but opera]. Plus there are a few different third party browsers. It is fast, idk how it is compared to the storm, but i hated browsing on the storm. Texting is good for windows mobile, i love threaded texting, plus there are many many different keyboards to choose from.
You will probably want to flash a custom rom after you get the hang of it. WM 6.5 is great!!
