Also, as far as the Physical Damage, if there are any cracks in the LCD or housing, it is considered physical damage, and the chargeback for that on a PDA device is $119 or $400, I am unsure how that works with the online exchange tool. $400 is what we as an authorized service & repair center get charged back for any device that is not sent back, or has physical/liquid damage that we send back.
However, if the LCD is just scratched up, and scuffed, and there are some minor dings in the housing, it will be okay. As long as the housing isn't actually fully cracked, you should be fine.
