Animations? Just take your stuff into Flash or Fireworks, you could make some nice little.gif's. Glad to see you doing this stuff, I do it too, but mainly video editing and motion graphics, but I really got into to this phone stuff. I mean I love building/modding computers, so why not a a pocket pc haha. Nice work man!
