Tip of the day! To make switching builds easier, create an EXT or OEM and call it [ROM Name] Tweaks (example ChaosROM Tweaks) put all your theme files, startup animations, edited Titanium cpr files, etc in this folder. Then paste the following:

into the app.reg file (for EXT) or the rgu file (for OEM). This allows you to change all your version info in one place, and common files that you replace in the sys folder will stick with you in a EXT or OEM folder when you change SYS. One note, for the ROMVersion to stick you will need to delete the provxml file under OEM>COMMON>SHARED>OEMVersion. If there is more info in that file than just the ROMVersion reg entry DON'T delete it. |
