Sure, It's probably a good idea before you do this to close titanium (Start>Settings>Today>Items>uncheck Windows default). Chome Editor should be located in Start>Utilities folder, open it. You will see on the left all of the panels currently on your home screen. You can move them around by selecting Up or Down, then you need to select Save Order. done. Also you can remove panels that you don't use by selecting the drop down box "Available Panels, Choose one to enable and disable:" you just need to select one from this list that you do not want on your current homescreen.
