Look for a "modified verizon prl" that will kill your roaming indicator.
It's because you're using a verizon prl, with a sprint pri. Makes the phone think it's always roaming. The modified prl lies to the pri about which towers it's on. The modified prls use the verizon network, but they are marked as sprint in the prl so the pri reports to the phone that it's not roaming.
##778# will get you in to epst, then you'll be able to update your prl there. Just place one of the modified ones on your storage card and use that to update it. Just google "modified verizon prl"... you'll find it.
