ok... thanks everyone. i found an Arcsoft specific cab for the Touch Pro and installed it on my Diamond. oh and duh... as i'm typing this, i'm realizing that i was in a Touch Pro thread all along. anyway, i ended up changing the registry. everything is fine now.
