Sad, I finally got the invite for Google Voice, setup my account, then contacted Sprint to get the Pick 3 and.....

Anytime minutes in the plan. The incoming calls from home phone number
are not considered under this option and the normal Anytime minutes are
counted. Only the calls made from PCS phone to the Home phone number are
considered under this option.
If you wish to add this option to your account, please reply with the
home phone number for which you wish to activate this feature.
